The Palais Consulaire.
In 1986 the Consular
Palace was subject of a refund to the National Chamber of Commerce (CNC).

The Palais
Consulaire experienced two disasters:
The shaking of its structure and deterioration of the pediment, clock and statues by the 2003 earthquake
The collapse of a large part of its cornice caused by the 2008 earthquake, causing the destruction of the amphitheatre and a dozen offices;
The Training Centre (CCI Pins Maritimes).
The Training Centre
was built in 1996 in the premises that housed the former ITC (International
Trade Centre), Pins Maritimes
L'ESAA (Algerian Higher Business School).
Created by the
Algerian-French intergovernmental agreement (ratified by Presidential Decree
No. O5 / 320 of 12 September 2005), the ESAA is placed under the supervisory
authority of CACI that chairs its Board of Directors.

the Algerian and French parties
