The Algerian
Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCIs) and the Algerian Chamber of Commerce
and Industry (CACI) are the institutions representing the general interests of
commerce, industry and services sectors before The Authorities, at the local
and national level.
The Chambers of
Commerce and Industry are Algerian public institutions of industrial or
commercial nature with legal personality and financial autonomy.
They are under
the supervision of the Minister of Trade
As such, they
provide missions of:
- representation of companies;
- animation, promotion and assistance to
businesses;
- training, education and retraining;
- arbitration, mediation and conciliation
CCIs and CACI
consist of elected bodies and administrative structures.
Administrative
structures are placed under the authority of the Director-General for CACI and
the Directors for CCIs.
The CCIs can be
found in all the wilayas.
CACI is located
in Algiers.
