It is open, commencing on January 5, 2016 at 8:00 am until 26 January 2016 at 16:00, import, contingents for agricultural and food products subject to the import licensing regime, under the Agreement of Association with the European Union, pursuant to article 9 of Executive Decree No. 15-306 of 24 Safar 1437 corresponding to 6 December 2015 fixing the conditions and modalities for applying the import licensing or export of products and wars.
Any economic operator, natural or legal person fulfilling the conditions provided in the law and applicable regulations may apply for an import license of a product or commodity, whose contingents is opened, by filing the Directorate of Commerce Wilaya with territorial jurisdiction the duly completed form (to download and print on both sides)
This request must be accompanied by the following documents:
- A copy of the Register of Commerce,
- A pro forma invoice indicating the product, the quantity, value and origin of the product,
- A role extract,
- An updated certificate with CNAS and CASNOS or,
- An identification questionnaire of the economic operator to download and learn
The complete file for each product or commodity to be imported must be filed at the competent territorial directorates of Wilaya of Commerce.
