Following the instruction issued by the Ministry of Commerce to the National Center of the Commercial Register carrying new measures introduced under registration, modification and / or cancellation of a legal or natural person.
The latter is required to include, from the date of issue of this instruction, in addition to the documents previously required (set by Executive Decree No. 15-111 laying down the procedures for registration, modification and deletion from the register) the following documents:
1. Extract from Judicial Record (Bulletin No. 3);
2. Certificate of tax situation (cleared tax assessment) issued by the competent tax authority;
3. Certificate of update issued by the social security fund.
In addition, the instruction provides for the obligation to present an authorization by the services of the sector concerned when registering with the CNRC for the exercise of a regulated activity or profession.
NB: This instruction does not concern in any case the operation of acquisition of a Register of Electronic Commerce "RCE" as well as that of extension of the validity of the commercial register concerning the activities of import of raw materials, products and goods intended for resale in the state.
