The Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACI) is organizing an action-training session on September 18th  and 19th , 2017 starting at 8.30 am under the theme: "KNOWING ELABORATING AND NEGOTIATING YOUR ANNUAL BUDGET" at the Algerian School of Business ( ESAA) Mohammadia (maritime pines) -Alger.

The budget function draws its sources from the company's contexts: strategic, managerial and organizational.

From now on, management decisions have a direct impact on budgets at all hierarchical levels, on the condition that they are tangible and understandable.

The purpose of this highly operational training is to enable company managers to know and understand the main concepts of budget management, in order to:

  • Make the budget cycle a means of early decision-making.
  • Actively participate in the budget process.
  • Effectively manage regulatory changes to anticipate their impact.
  • Make reliable forecasts.
  • Build a realistic and ambitious budget.
  • Negotiate its budget with management, finances and its hierarchy.

The participation fees, to be paid in cash or by a cheque written out to the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by bank transfer to the account BNA N ° 00100/599 0300 351 732 key 40 at the latest on the day of the Training, are fixed at 50 000 DA TTC per person (check) and 50500DA TTC per person (cash), an access to technical documentation, documents holder, lunches and coffee breaks.

NB: payment terms will be accepted only by presentation of an order form and the RIB (bank details) of the company.
